“Theres no elevators and for people in wheelchairs they wont switch to the forst floor and our key cards didnt work 3 times we had 3 rooms 1 room the water was cold never got warm other room the bathroom light wouldnt turn off no do not disturb signs for house keeping when trying to take a nap breakfast was nice and the bartender was great!”

“Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days.”

“Appears to be a newer hotel but could use some changes . We found the shower floor to be extremely slippery. Lights in parking lot were not working the night we stayed but overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again .”

“The front desk staff was WONDERFUL! But other than that everything else was very poor. The room and hallways were VERY dirty. Also the furniture including the lamp, dresser and chair were broken in the room itself. ”

“I really have to say it was a mistake to have booked this place; it should be inspected by some authority. Our stay was very bad. First, we arrived having already booked this place online, so we had no references. On the day of our visit, my children, my wife, and I entered our assigned room, turned on the light, and what was there was far from normal ,There were cement stains on the carpet. Well, I thought, maybe we'd continue with the remodeling, since my kids were already sleepy. Traveling...

“My first time to Marshall and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Check in was quick and very pleasant. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I didn’t have time to eat the next morning but it looked lovely, Checkout was a breeze! I’m putting the contact information on my phone book. I’ll definitely return there. My grandson is a student at the University of Olivet, so I’ll definitely be back!”
